@hermanspottypants try any of the Burts Bees body lotions/butters, I used to have those bumps and eczema and now my skin is clear! I used to use steroid cream and everything but nothing left my skin as smooth, soft and clear as it is now! Still have slight scarring where I had bad eczema but it is beginning to fade slightly. I swear by the stuff
